We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
How it works
- Contact us within 30 days of your purchase date.
- A processing fee of 15% of the original amount will be deducted from your refund. This covers the non-recoverable transaction fees charged by our payment processing partners (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) which cannot be reversed once a payment is processed.
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
What this means in practice
If you purchased a product for \$100, your refund will be \$85. The \$15 processing fee covers the costs charged by our payment provider for handling both the original transaction and the refund.
To request a refund
Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your request. We process all refund requests within 48 hours.
After 30 days
Refund requests made after the 30-day window are not eligible. All sales become final after this period.

If you have already used coaching sessions, only the unused portion may be eligible for a partial refund, minus the 15% processing fee.
